By accessing and using TCGxAU ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features of TCGxAU, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if under 18
3. Buying & Selling
TCGxAU provides a platform for users to buy and sell trading card game products. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. Sellers are responsible for:
- Accurate listing descriptions and photos
- Shipping items within stated timeframes
- Properly packaging items to prevent damage
- Honoring their listed prices and terms
4. Fees
TCGxAU charges a platform fee of 6-8% on successful sales. Fees are deducted from the seller's proceeds before payout. Additional payment processing fees may apply.
5. Prohibited Items
The following items may not be listed on TCGxAU:
- Counterfeit or replica cards
- Stolen merchandise
- Items that infringe intellectual property rights
- Non-TCG related items
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, TCGxAU may act as a mediator. Our decisions in dispute cases are final. We reserve the right to issue refunds and/or suspend accounts as necessary.
7. Limitation of Liability
TCGxAU is not liable for any damages arising from transactions between users, including but not limited to lost profits, items lost in transit, or misrepresented products.

All purchases on TCGxAU are protected. If an item doesn't arrive or isn't as described, we'll make it right.
1. Eligible Returns
You may request a return/refund if:
- Item not received within 14 days of estimated delivery
- Item significantly not as described
- Item is counterfeit
- Item arrived damaged due to improper packaging
2. Return Process
- Contact the seller through our messaging system within 3 days of receiving the item
- If unresolved, open a dispute through your Order page
- Provide photos and evidence of the issue
- TCGxAU will review and make a decision within 5 business days
3. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within:
- PayPal: 1-2 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are generally not eligible for returns:
- Items accurately described with disclosed flaws
- Buyer's remorse (changed mind)
- Items damaged by the buyer
- Sealed products that have been opened
5. Shipping Costs
For valid returns:
- Seller pays return shipping if item not as described
- Original shipping is refunded for non-delivery
- Buyer pays return shipping for approved buyer's remorse returns (at seller's discretion)

To sell on TCGxAU, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid Australian address
- Provide accurate payment details for payouts
- Comply with all applicable laws and tax obligations
2. Listing Requirements
All listings must:
- Include clear, accurate photos of the actual item
- Accurately describe the item's condition
- State the correct set, card number, and rarity
- Disclose all defects, damage, or issues
- Be for authentic items only (no counterfeits)
3. Fees & Payouts
Fee Structure:
- β’ Standard sellers: 8% platform fee
- β’ Verified sellers: 6% platform fee
- β’ Payment processing: ~2.9% + $0.30
Payouts are processed within 3 business days after the buyer confirms receipt or 7 days after delivery confirmation.
4. Shipping Obligations
Sellers must:
- Ship within 3 business days of receiving payment
- Use tracked shipping for items over $50
- Package items securely to prevent damage
- Provide tracking information promptly
5. Verification Program
Verified sellers receive:
- Lower platform fees (6% vs 8%)
- Verified badge on profile
- Priority listing placement
- Faster payout processing
To become verified, complete ID verification and maintain a 4.5+ rating with 10+ sales.
6. Account Suspension
TCGxAU may suspend seller accounts for:
- Selling counterfeit items
- Repeated failures to ship
- Excessive disputes or negative reviews
- Violation of these terms

When do I get paid after a sale? +
Payouts are processed within 3 business days after the buyer confirms receipt, or 7 days after delivery confirmation if not manually confirmed.
